Burning in The Cowichan Bay Improvement District
Burning Permits Required
You currently require burning permit for category 1 or 2 fires in the Cowichan Bay Improvement District, Category 3 and 4 fires requiere a Ministry of Forest and Range permit number as well as a phone call to the hall adviseing of buring activitys.
Permits may be purchased at the firehall during Sunday Mornings as well as Monday Evenings for $2.00 for the year.
